To play the PS5 version, you need to hit the three-dot button next to the play button and select the PS5 version manually. You miss out on the next-gen features, including quicker load times, DualSense support, and 120 FPS. The PlayStation Store does give the option to choose which parts of the game to install. If you get the Cross-Gen bundle or the Ultimate Edition, you get both, the PS4 version as well as the PS5 version of the game. Apparently, the new console could deliver you the PS4 version of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War by accident. The report comes from EuroGamer and says that many PS5 owners have been facing this bug. ![]()
